As a Material Handler, you will handle and maintain the flow of material and products used in the manufacturing of photochromic dyes, OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) materials and optical coatings, ensuring a quality product is available to our customers.

Job Description:
As a Material Handler, you will handle and maintain the flow of material and products used in the manufacturing of photochromic dyes, OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) materials and optical coatings, ensuring a quality product is available to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Use fork truck to move drums/totes/pallets of chemicals
- Pour chemicals to distribute to labs or waste disposal.
- Preassembles chemical for use in production batches, verifying quantities and shelf life.
- Verify order accuracy and stage materials for shipment.
- Load/unload materials safely and efficiently transport sitewide.
- Perform daily equipment checks and report issues.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety procedures.
- Report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods.
- Miscellaneous tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 1+ year of experience
- Safely operate material handling equipment (fork truck/pallet jack/etc.)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for long periods.
- Able and willing to wear a respirator and other PPE.
- Basic computer operation skills and other electronic devices.
- Attention to detail and reliable work habits.
- Be able to complete outdoor work in all weather.
- Work as a team and be able to work unsupervised.
