Job Summary:

This Warehouse/Lab position will be responsible for Inventory movements handling finish good inventory and components. This individual will be performing data entry, managing our warehouse management system Perfect Pick, Inventory adjustments for maintaining accuracy in our Enterprise Resource Planning system. They will also perform inventory cycle counts for maintaining accuracy of inventories for Finish Good Inventory and components. This individual will be detailed oriented and become an integral member of a driven team that ensures product accuracy and delivery to our internal customers. This position will work closely with Packaging, Customer Service, Planning, Manufacturing and Receiving/Shipping personnel.

Responsibilities:

Transferring of materials for internal customers

Maintain accuracy of inventories for finish good inventory and components

Perform inventory cycle counts and maintain accuracy of inventory of Finish Goods and Components

Follow materials in house temperature and identification requirements.

Reconcile inventory transactions.

Follow Standard operating procedures (SOP) / Work Instructions (WI)

Assist in trouble shooting shipping errors.

Complete and certify on Material Specialist Tier I SOP trainings.

Ensures compliances with company and department rules, policies, procedures, and internal checklist.

Reporting to work, taking breaks and taking lunch before 5th hour timely

Reporting Key Performance indicators to QDIP Board or Lead
