The Material Handler I (Stockroom) is responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing materials safely and accurately. This role helps maintain inventory accuracy and an organized stockroom to support daily operations. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of stockroom experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is an onsite role that reports to the Cell Leader. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM and overtime is routine.

This position requires access to export-controlled commodities, technical data, technology, software, and services. U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, protected person status, or U.S. Government export authorization is required. Any offer of employment is contingent upon Pall obtaining the necessary employment visa and export authorization, including, if required, an export license from the applicable U.S. government agency.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials accurately and timely, verifying incoming shipments against packing slips, purchase orders, and other documentation.

  • Maintain an organized, clean, and secure stockroom by performing cycle counts, updating inventory records, and ensuring proper labeling, rotation, and handling of materials.

  • Support efficient operations by staging materials, assisting with shipping and transfers, reporting discrepancies, and following safety, quality, housekeeping, and continuous improvement standards.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of stockroom, warehouse, or material handling experience.

  • Ability to read packing slips, part numbers, and inventory records with strong organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role

  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. occasionally and 1-18 lbs. frequently, and push or pull materials over distances of 7 to 200 feet.

  • Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours, use stairs regularly and tolerate heights, and wear steel or composite toe safety shoes.

  • Ability to sit for extended periods as needed.

It would be a plus if you had experience with:

  • People-mover or pallet jack experience is a plus, if applicable to the role.
