Competent use of handheld scanners to manage warehouse inventory and product movement. Strong spatial awareness to navigate safely in tight spaces and high-traffic environments. Ability to read, interpret, and follow safety instructions, pick sheets, warehouse maps, and procedure manuals. Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams. Commitment to safety protocols, including PPE usage, cGMP compliance, and forklift recertification. Dependable attendance and punctuality to maintain continuous warehouse and production flow. Nice to Have Skills Experience with lean warehouse methodologies, such as 5S. Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory cycle counting. Prior experience in food or supplement manufacturing environments. Ability to assist in cross-functional team support during peak periods or absences. Preferred Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum of 1 year experience operating forklifts or similar equipment. Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire. Other Requirements Participation in safety programs including annual forklift recertification and Hearing Conservation Program.
