Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts, hand trucks, and other industrial equipment safely to unload, move, and load materials within the facility and at external locations.
• Unload inbound shipments, accurately process goods receipts in SAP (training provided), and conduct quality inspections on received materials.
• Support distribution by loading/unloading trucks and securing cargo to prevent damage during transit.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace, including housekeeping around silos, waste removal, and inventory re-stacking to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Assemble crates and packaging for products such as machines or vehicles, utilizing hand tools and pre-cut lumber.
• Manage kanban storage areas efficiently and identify opportunities to optimize inventory flow.
• Assist with inventory management projects and production support tasks.
• Serve as a backup for receiving and distribution operations to ensure continuous workflow.
• Support production by handling materials and moving equipment using forklifts, pallet jacks, or automated guided vehicles (AGVs).
• Strictly adhere to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven hands-on experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting within a fast-paced and rugged environment.
• Physical ability to perform demanding tasks, including lifting or carrying at least 50 lbs, and standing, walking, bending, and climbing for extended periods.
• Valid forklift certification with demonstrated proficiency; ability to pass internal safety evaluations.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems highly preferred.
• Strong commitment to safety practices and knowledge of LOTO procedures.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn and advance.
• Excellent communication skills and computer literacy.
• Flexibility to work overtime and various shifts as operational needs demand.
