Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Partners Personnel in Fullerton is currently seeking experienced Assemblers for a well-established medical device company located in Brea.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assemble small medical devices with precision and care
• Follow detailed written instructions and assembly diagrams
• Inspect components and finished products for quality and consistency
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Operate a forklift as needed (must have prior experience or certification)

Job Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail
• Previous assembly experience, preferably in a medical or cleanroom environment
• Comfortable working with small parts and performing repetitive tasks
• Forklift experience required
• Ability to stand for long periods and work independently or as part of a team

Dress Code:

• Jeans and a plain T-shirt (no logos)
• Comfortable tennis shoes
• No jewelry, acrylic nails, or loose clothing for safety and hygiene purposes
