About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to support warehouse operations in Hesperia, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and preparing goods for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires accuracy in inventory management, adherence to safety procedures, and effective collaboration with team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming products and materials using scanners, warehouse management systems, and equipment
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately and efficiently
• Organize stock in a clean, orderly manner and maintain warehouse areas to safety standards
• Perform inventory counts, report discrepancies or damaged goods, and assist in inventory management
• Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or hand trucks
• Follow health, safety, and quality procedures consistently
• Complete shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation accurately
• Assist with general warehouse duties to support daily operations
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet productivity and shipping goals

Required Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical work, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs
• Basic communication and numeracy skills
• Experience or familiarity with receiving and order picking/packing processes
• Attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift or material-handling experience (not required but advantageous)
