The Material Handler supports Production and Supply Chain operations by managing material flow, performing SAP transactions, and maintaining inventory accuracy in a cGMP regulated pharmaceutical environment. This role ensures timely availability of materials, proper documentation, and safe movement of goods into production areas. Responsibilities:
Maintain stock materials and general supplies for daily production needs.
Follow all safety procedures and operate with a "Safety First mindset.
Understand material flow from CNC (Controlled Non Classified) areas into classified production spaces.
Operate GMP autoclave to prepare supplies and documents for production.
Perform accurate SAP material movement transactions per SOPs and cGMP requirements.
Prepare and decontaminate materials for production use.
Support warehouse logistics, goods movement, and inventory control.
Complete required training and on the job training (OJT) for equipment and processes.
Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Basic computer skills (MS Office).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Team oriented mindset.
Understanding of cGMP and GDP (preferred but not mandatory).
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, warehouse operations, or supply chain environments.
