Shift Time: Shift: 6 AM - 2:30 PM Monday-Friday
Duration: 0–4-month contract with the possibility of extension.
As a Material Handler, you’ll ship, receive, package, count and route material, complete associated paperwork and/or operate machinery such as forklift, pallet jack, etc.

As a Material Handler, you’ll ship, receive, package, count and route material, complete associated paperwork and/or operate machinery such as forklift, pallet jack, etc.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate shipping and receiving and material handling transactions with appropriate individuals/departments.
- Responsible for assigned picking inventorying, and packaging.
- Route packaging materials to proper departments.
- Instruct and/or assist in preparing merchandise for shipment.
- Maintain necessary records and files of transactions, verifying accuracy of shipments against bills of lading, invoices or other records on Oracle or other systems.
- Sets up locations in ERP and resolve purchase order receiving discrepancies and receiving discrepancies with planner-buyer.
- Arranges stock to best advantage for efficiency and accessibility.
- Adheres to all safety rules and may use forklift and other material moving tools and moving machinery.
- Deliver product from receiving to the appropriate destination.
- Expedite internal material requirements, transferring inventory to multiple locations including MRB.
- Setup material presentations in the cells utilizing DBS tools and Visual Management.
- Performs inventories; physically perform and transact cycle counts of materials.
- Reconcile bad counts with assistance from Senior Material Handler
