Role: Material Handler (Inspection)
Location: Plymouth, MN
Description:
- Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections according to established procedures
- Record and maintain accurate inspection and test data
- Operate measurement and testing equipment as required
- Document non-conforming materials and support the Non-Conforming Material Review process
- Assist with First Article inspections and special testing requests
- Collect, analyze, and trend quality data
- Participate in GR&R studies and support continuous improvement activities
- Recommend updates to procedures and assist with change requests when needed
- Support training of new inspectors when required
- Handle, move, and organize materials and boxes (up to 50 lbs) safely and efficiently
- Support production and quality workflows through proper material staging and movement
- Minimum 1 year of material handling experience
