COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $18.00/hr

• Monday–Friday, shifts between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• W2 Contract

• Start date: ASAP

ROLE IMPACT: This role supports day-to-day shipping and logistics operations in a climate-controlled warehouse. Success in this role is defined by efficient packing, shipment accuracy, and reliable execution of physical tasks with minimal oversight. Team engagement and cross-training are part of the company culture, offering additional growth opportunity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pack and ship boxes and cases weighing up to 50 lbs

• Operate manual and powered pallet jacks for transport and loading

• Wrap pallets and stage items for shipment

• Navigate between ambient warehouse and freezer storage as needed

• Maintain workspace cleanliness and follow safety protocols

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ year experience in warehouse, shipping, or general labor environments

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Comfortable working independently with limited supervision

• Willingness to work in cold storage areas regularly

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS

• Manual pallet jack

• Powered pallet jack

• Shipping/packing tools

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Team-oriented with strong communication skills

• Prior cross-training experience in a warehouse setting

• Participation in workplace culture events a plus

EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Manual and powered pallet jacks provided onsite

• Climate-controlled warehouse with frequent freezer access

• Standing, lifting, and physical movement required throughout shift

• Onsite gym and team activities available to contractors
