Pay: $21.77/hour (with increases every 3 months up to 12 months upon hire-on)
Shift: 2nd Shift & 3rd Shift (training on various shifts may be required)

Position Overview
We are exclusively recruiting on behalf of our client for motivated and reliable Material Handlers to support production and warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities
Handle and transport materials, parts and finished products throughout the facility
Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently
Accurately select products and quantities to meet production and customer needs
Work in tight spaces and at heights within racking systems
Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
Complete required documentation (material transfers, receiving, scrap reports, inspections, etc.)
Conduct daily forklift inspections and maintain equipment (battery charging, propane changes)
Remove scrap materials from production areas
Operate additional equipment such as pallet jacks, barrel lifts, floor sweepers/scrubbers and yard trucks
Use RF scanners and computer systems for inventory transactions
Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment
Follow all safety policies and report unsafe conditions immediately
Qualifications & Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of 3 months manufacturing experience required
Forklift experience (sit-down and stand-up preferred)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic math and communication skills
Ability to work flexible shifts, including training on different schedules
Reliable attendance and strong work performance required
Ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced environment
