Material Handler- Kitting

The Material Handler – Kitting is responsible for accurately pulling, counting, organizing, and delivering materials and components needed for production. This role ensures production teams receive the correct parts and quantities on time.

Responsibilities:

• Pull and prepare material kits based on work orders, BOMs, and production requirements.

• Verify part numbers, quantities, and material specifications.

• Identify, document, and communicate material shortages.

• Deliver completed kits to production and return unused materials to inventory.

• Receive, inspect, count, and stock incoming materials as needed.

• Maintain accurate inventory and kitting records.

• Follow ESD, MSL, and raw component handling requirements.

• Use computer systems to document material movement and inventory transactions.

• Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse activities.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or 2+ years of material handling experience.

• Kitting or electronics manufacturing experience 

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Basic math and computer skills.

• Ability to read work orders, BOMs, and written instructions.

• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
