Material Handler

Job Description:

• Manually move, load, unload, and stage materials throughout the warehouse or production area.
• Receive and inspect incoming materials for quantity and visible damage.
• Pick and prepare materials for production or shipment.
• Sort, label, wrap, and organize products and materials.
• Use pallet jacks, carts, hand trucks, and other manual material-handling equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipping/receiving records.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform repetitive lifting, bending, standing, and walking throughout the shift.
• Work effectively with warehouse and production teams to meet daily goals.

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse or material-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic reading, writing, and counting skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
