We’re hiring a hands-on Material Handler Lead to keep materials moving, support the team, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead daily material handling activities and support production needs
- Coordinate team workflow to ensure on-time movement of materials
- Troubleshoot material flow/process issues
- Train and support team members; help drive performance
- Assist with hiring, coaching, and employee development
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and organization
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years in a Lead or Supervisory role (material handling/manufacturing)
- Strong mechanical/technical aptitude
- Forklift/material handling experience
- Team-oriented with solid communication skills
- Detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Oracle is a plus)
- Willing to work overtime/weekends as needed
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs
