DUTIES: Material Handler
Verify items quantity and condition.
Maintain accurate inventory records by utilizing bar codes and computerized inventory systems.
Cycle count inventory items.
Perform stock transaction via computerized inventory system.
Additional responsibilities as assigned.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Material Handler
Position demands constant standing
Frequent lifting of up to 25 pounds and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
SKILLS: Material Handler
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
Read and comprehend simple oral and written instructions.
Knowledge of computers and basic data entry level skills.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION: Material Handler
HS Diploma/GED Required; in lieu of HS Diploma AT LEAST 4 years of relevant experience
REQUIREMENTS: Material Handler
Must have 2-3 years experience in CYCLE COUNTING (an experienced order picker may have cycle count skills but may not, please focus on cycle counting*)
Some experience pulling orders.
Experience in Shipping and receiving
Reliable transportation.
Reliable attendance.
Valid driver's license. Candidates are expected to be on time and in attendance every day, it is critical to the day-to-day process and procedures to run smoothly
