About the Role: Personnel Services Unlimited is hiring a Material Handler for a Spindale, NC manufacturing facility. This role involves working in a warehouse environment to support daily operations through material movement, inventory management, and forklift operation.
Responsibilities Include:
Receive, store, pick, package, and ship materials and products
Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and picker trucks (after product training)
Use handheld scanners to track inventory movement and transactions
Perform cycle counts and physical inventory checks
Ensure continuous flow of materials throughout the warehouse
Follow company procedures and safety protocols
Support physical inventories and other warehouse duties as assigned
Job Skills and Requirements:
3+ years of warehouse or material handling experience
Stand-up forklift experience strongly preferred
Basic computer skills and math proficiency
Ability to read and follow written instructions in English
High school diploma or GED preferred
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and meet the physical demands of the role
