? Schedule: 12-hour shifts on a fixed 2-2-3 rotation (every other weekend off)

We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Loader for a manufacturing facility in Thomasville. This is an active, hands-on position focused on material handling and loading production lines.
Job Responsibilities:
- Load production lines with materials and product bundles
- Move and handle materials throughout the facility
- Maintain a steady workflow to support production
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Perform other manufacturing duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and load product bundles weighing 15–30 lbs throughout the shift
- Comfortable working 12-hour shifts
- Able to work in a non-temperature-controlled manufacturing environment
- Enjoys staying active and performing structured, repetitive tasks
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Previous manufacturing or material handling experience preferred
