Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a
Warehouse Associate to work with a top company in the Lorain, OH area. This company is highly reputable with several awards for growth, equality, and safety. Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is looking for dedicated warehouse workers for this role.
- This is a full-time, long-term position with growth opportunity.
- 1st shift 7: 00 am to 3: 30 pm with overtime as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in inventory with cycle counts, staging, labeling, and tracking in a warehouse setting.
- Operate forklifts to load and unload materials.
- Work along others to complete tasks as well as vendors.
- Complete inventory paperwork.
- Use of Microsoft Office and warehouse inventory systems.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Completed High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Good communication skills to spot and carry out tasks.
- Inventory and warehouse experience.
- Skilled in using Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Safety-focused, Punctual, Team Oriented, Respectful, and Motivated.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Repetitive lifting and carrying items up to 70 lbs.
- Stand, bend, and lift throughout shift.
