Graham Personnel Services is currently hiring multiple Material Handlers / Machine Setup Operators for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts with a leading manufacturer in the plastics industry. This is a great opportunity to join a growing production team in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with opportunities to learn and grow into machine operation roles.

Key Responsibilities
- Support machine operators with material setup to ensure smooth and efficient production flow on the manufacturing floor
- Load, move, and stage materials as needed, with frequent lifting of 50+ lbs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times
- Monitor material levels and assist in minimizing downtime by keeping machines supplied
- Step in as a backup machine operator when needed, following proper training and safety procedures
- Assist with general production and warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment
- Previous machine operating experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently and work in a physically demanding environment
- Flexibility to work any shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd) and adjust as needed
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
