Overview:

In this critical role, you will be responsible for pulling orders, loading and unloading materials, and maintaining equipment to ensure a highly functional workflow. You will work with various motorized equipment, including forklifts, to maneuver products throughout our facility, all while adhering to strict safety protocols. Your daily efforts will keep our operations running smoothly, helping us to exceed customer expectations.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in order-pulling and loading/unloading processes
• Ability to accurately count, weigh, and record materials
• Experience operating forklifts and other motorized equipment
• Strong attention to safety and adherence to standard operating procedures
• Basic mechanical skills for daily equipment inspections and maintenance
• Effective communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Familiarity with inventory management systems
• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous material handling or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required

Other Requirements:

• Must be able to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods
• Willingness to work in varying environmental conditions
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
