Material Handler (Forklift Operator) – Temporary Opportunity
Location: Milton, ON

Our client, a well-established distribution company in Milton, is currently seeking a Material Handler for an ongoing temporary assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with proven warehouse experience and valid forklift certifications in Counterbalance and Order Picker operations.

What’s in It for You

• Competitive pay: $24.00 per hour +
• Day shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Safely handle the movement, storage, and control of products within the distribution center
• Perform 80% manual labor and 20% forklift operation
• Pick, pack, and organize products into designated stock locations
• Load and unload trailers and containers
• Prepare outgoing shipments and receive/put away incoming inventory
• Support additional warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating counterbalance and order picker forklifts
• Valid forklift certification (required)
• Ability to work full-time hours with a commitment to long-term opportunities
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and grow new skills
