TRC Talent Solutions is seeking a reliable and motivated Material Handler for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Mineral Wells, TX. If you enjoy hands-on work, operating equipment, and supporting a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Position Responsibilities

• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments safely and efficiently

• Verify materials by checking product descriptions, quantities, and quality standards

• Organize, stock, and maintain inventory in designated storage locations

• Pick, stage, and transport materials to support production and operational needs

• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely

• Maintain clean, organized, and efficient warehouse and storage areas

• Build and prepare crates, pallets, and shipping containers as needed

• Handle specialized materials according to established procedures

• Follow all safety guidelines and participate in 5S workplace organization practices

• Assist with inventory control and material tracking activities

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred

• Forklift operating experience preferred

• Basic Microsoft Office and computer skills

• Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions and procedures

• Ability to accurately use a tape measure and perform basic measurements

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
