The Material Handler supports daily Shipping, Receiving, and Materials operations by ensuring efficient product movement, inventory accuracy, and safety compliance.
Responsibilities include accurately pulling parts, maintaining real-time inventory records, conducting cycle counts, and responding quickly to production material requests. They operate forklifts and handling equipment safely, follow Standard Work Instructions, and report discrepancies to uphold quality and safety standards. The role requires flexibility to assist various workstations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Qualifications include proficiency with inventory software and Microsoft Office, forklift experience (or willingness to obtain certification), attention to detail, and dependability. Physical demands involve standing, walking, and lifting up to 70 lbs in a potentially noisy, hot, or humid environment.
