The Material Handler is the link between production, customer service, and the outside world. In this role, you'll manage the flow of materials and finished goods-making sure everything is received, tracked, shipped, and delivered accurately and on time.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on position that blends forklift work, systems management, and constant communication. If you like staying organized, solving problems, and keeping things on track, you'll thrive here.

What You'll Do
  • Enter and manage daily shipping and pickup information in third-party portals
  • Process shipments and inventory transactions in the ERP system (EFI Radius)
  • Receive and reconcile raw materials and finished goods from production
  • Create and manage inventory labels within the system
  • Track shipments and communicate delivery timelines to the Customer Service team
  • Coordinate with carriers to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries
  • Maintain proper inventory records, including corrections and adjustments
  • Monitor and maintain lead times for shipping supplies
  • Compile and organize shipping and receiving documentation
  • Track and document damaged or rejected materials
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes

Requirements
  • Forklift experience (required)
  • Forklift certification (required)
  • Experience in a manufacturing or shipping environment preferred
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (EFI Radius a plus)
