Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Material Handler / Forklift Operator to join a growing industrial team in Oklahoma City. This position combines heavy material handling, sit-down forklift operation, and basic inventory tracking to support daily warehouse and yard operations.

The ideal candidate has forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and is comfortable working both outdoors and in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum of 1 year of sit-down forklift experience required
Ability to repeatedly lift and move items weighing 50+ lbs
Strong computer skills with Microsoft Excel experience preferred
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
Comfortable working in varying weather conditions and temperature extremes
Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Safely operate a sit-down forklift to move, stage, and organize steel drums
Manually load, unload, and transport heavy materials as needed
Perform data entry to accurately track inventory and shipments
Use Microsoft Excel and company computer systems to maintain inventory records
Work safely in both outdoor yard areas and non-climate-controlled warehouse environments
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all company safety procedures and site policies
Assist with additional warehouse and material handling duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Previous warehouse or industrial material handling experience
Experience with inventory tracking and shipping documentation
Forklift certification is a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly throughout the shift
Frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, kneeling, and lifting
Ability to work extended periods indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Comfortable performing physically demanding work while wearing required PPE
Work Environment
Industrial warehouse and outdoor storage yard
Non-climate-controlled work environment
Exposure to changing weather conditions and heavy material handling equipment
