Position Overview
The Material Handler is responsible for supporting warehouse operations, inventory management, and production flow. This Material Handler role is cross-trained and offers growth into manufacturing roles such as production, maintenance, and quality control. The ideal Material Handler is dependable, safety-focused, and eager to learn in a hands-on environment.
Required Experience & Skills
Ability to operate or learn stand-up and sit-down forklifts
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and move heavier materials with equipment
Strong attention to safety procedures and guidelines
Valid Oklahoma driver s license required
Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written)
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to pass drug screen and background check
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Operate forklifts and material handling equipment
Operate a 1-ton bobtail delivery truck as needed
Manage and organize warehouse inventory
Prepare and maintain raw materials for production
Support production technicians and packaging teams
Move and stage materials safely and efficiently
Clean and maintain warehouse, equipment, and work areas
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Preferred Qualifications
Forklift certification (preferred, not required)
Experience in plastic injection molding
Vo-tech training or experience in mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, or maintenance fields
Work Environment
Warehouse and manufacturing environment
Physically demanding role requiring lifting, standing, and movement throughout shift
Exposure to equipment, materials, and production activity
