Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:30 AM – 4:00 PM; Saturdays 4:30 AM – 1:00 PM 
Orientation: Always scheduled at 8:00 AM
Job Type: Temp-to-HirePosition OverviewPeople Source OKC is hiring a Material Handler for a fast-paced warehouse and production environment. This position requires dependable individuals who are comfortable working in a physically active setting, operating material handling equipment, and supporting production by ensuring materials are stocked and moved efficiently throughout the facility. Candidates must be team-oriented and able to adapt to changing production needs.Desired Traits: Drives Results, Austere, Integrity, Quality Decision-MakingJob Responsibilities· Load and unload delivery trucks using forklift, pallet jack, and overhead crane
· Pull materials from inventory and deliver to production areas
· Maintain accurate inventory control and perform cycle counts
· Read production orders, placards, and material specifications
· Communicate with multiple departments to ensure smooth material flow
· Organize, stock, and maintain warehouse and production areas
· Sort and place raw materials and finished goods in designated locations
· Prepare pallets for shipping and repair pallets as needed
· Assist with warehouse organization and general cleanup
· Resolve material issues and inventory discrepancies as they arise
· Perform other duties as assignedRequirements· 2–3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory control
· Experience operating forklift, pallet jack, and overhead crane required
· Strong communication skills
· Basic math skills required
· Mechanically inclined with basic understanding of tools and equipment
· Must have reliable transportation
· Ability to stand for extended periods of time
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
· Must be able to pass background check and drug screening (if applicable)Work Environment & Physical Requirements· Fast-paced warehouse and production environment
· May be exposed to dust, fumes, and cleaning chemicals
· Requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and climbing throughout the shift
· Frequent lifting and movement of materials up to 50 lbs
