Job Duties

• Operate Reach Trucks and Dock Stockers safely and efficiently.
• Pick, put away, replenish, and relocate inventory as directed.
• Load and unload products from warehouse racking systems.
• Transport materials throughout the facility while following established safety procedures.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory movements.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse or material handling training is beneficial.
• HS Diploma preferred

Experience Requirements

• Experience moving, organizing, loading, or unloading materials in warehouse or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to accurately identify products, labels, inventory locations, and shipping documentation.
• Knowledge of safe material handling practices and workplace safety procedures.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks or other material handling equipment as required.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and dependable work habits.
• Certified to operate Reach and Dock Stocker

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems is beneficial.
• Knowledge of inventory control procedures, warehouse documentation, or Lean warehouse practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, teamwork, attention to detail, and safe work habits are well positioned for success as a Material Handler.
• Must have previous experience operating a Reach Lift.
• 6 Months exp preferred.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive material handling tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely move products using manual or powered material handling equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in warehouse or manufacturing environments while following established safety procedures.
• Must be able to lift lbs, stand, bend, or sit throughout the entirety of the shift
