Material Handler (Outbound)

Location: Flower Mound, TX 75028
Shift: 1st Shift | M-F-6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Overtime/Weekends as needed)

Our outbound department is seeking three reliable and hardworking individuals to support warehouse operations. This role focuses on picking, palletizing, and preparing paint products for shipment in a fast-paced environment.

• Pick and palletize paint products, including quarts, gallons, pails, and miscellaneous items
• Accurately follow pick lists and work instructions
• Operate RF Scanners to track inventory and order fulfillment
• Safely operate a walkie rider pallet jack
• Ensure products are properly stacked, wrapped, and secured for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times

• Ability to lift and move products ranging from under 10 lbs up to 70 lbs
• Experience with RF scanners and pallet jacks preferred
• Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions accurately
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Previous warehouse or outbound experience is a plus

• Fast-paced warehouse setting
• Requires standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift
• PPE required at all times
