Material Handler - Overnight Shift

Staffup is seeking reliable and safety-conscious Material Handlers to support an intermodal loading operation.

This position involves moving pallets inside trailers using a pallet jack and placing airbags in the gaps created between pallets to secure the load.

No forklift driving is required.

Schedule: Thursday – Sunday
Hours: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Hours per Week: 48 hours

Responsibilities:

• Move pallets inside trailers using a pallet jack.
• Place airbags in gaps between pallets to stabilize loads.
• Follow proper intermodal loading procedures.
• Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain awareness of LGVs and other equipment in the work area.
• Follow all required safety procedures and site rules.
• Complete required LGV safety training before working around LGVs.

Requirements:

• Must be available to work Thursday through Sunday, 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and work inside trailers for extended periods.
• Must be able to safely work around LGVs (Laser Guided Vehicles).
• Must successfully complete required safety training.
