? Job Opening – Material Handler / Oversize Packer | Archdale, NC
? Pay: $16.50/hour
? Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:15 AM – 6:00 PM
? Lunch: 45-minute unpaid lunch
? Employment: Temp-to-Perm
We are currently looking for dependable Material Handlers / Packer to work in the Oversize Packing area of a busy distribution center.
Job Responsibilities:
- Pack oversized orders and safely prepare products for shipment
- Handle products weighing up to 68 lbs
- Move products from pallets to packing stations
- Perform repetitive bending, squatting, lifting, and moving
- Stock packing materials and retrieve boxes from storage racks
- Assist with putting away delivered supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards
- Work with consolidation teams to resolve missing items
- Communicate operational issues to Leads and assist with troubleshooting
- Follow all safety and packing procedures
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move up to 68 lbs
- Comfortable with repetitive lifting, bending, squatting, and standing
- Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow packing procedures
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Previous warehouse, material handling, or packing experience is preferred
