Material Handler - Pallet Processing Job Duties:

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or material handling experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining safety and quality standards
• Experience using hand tools such as safety cutters or strap cutters is preferred
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move materials throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE, including gloves, safety glasses, and steel-toe boots
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work effectively as part of a team

Material Handler - Pallet Processing Requirements:

• Remove plastic strapping from pallets of finished goods safely and efficiently
• Prepare packaged materials for shipment and ensure pallets remain stable for transport
• Dispose of or recycle removed strapping materials according to company procedures
• Inspect pallets and materials for proper handling and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area
• Assist with warehouse operations, including sorting, staging, pallet breakdown, and material handling
• Support production needs by cross-training in pre-pack operations, including packing and sealing boxes
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and proper tool-handling guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily workflow and shipping goals
