Job DescriptionOES Equipment and DBC, part of the DPR Family of Companies, are seeking a Material Handler to assist our team in Phoenix, AZ. We are seeking a highly organized and dependable team player to assist our team in reaching critical deadlines, providing excellent customer service, and producing quality work for our internal and external customers and suppliers.* Duties and Responsibilities* Operate, maintain, and clean manufacturing machinery and equipment.* Troubleshoot and repair any mechanical failures.* Complete work orders and requests in a timely fashion.* Perform routine preventative maintenance.* Adhere to safety policies and procedures.Required Skills and Abilities* Familiarity with schematics and technical drawings.* Familiarity with manufacturing machinery and equipment.* Ability to take direction and work in a team environment.* A strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude.Education and Experience* Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or other related fields.* At least 2 years working for a manufacturing or construction company is a plus.Physical Requirements* Continual walking, standing, climbing, stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching, and heavy lifting and carrying.* Exposure to temperatures and varying inside conditions.* Schedule: Monday- Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM/ 40-50 hours weeklyBenefits you can look forward to:* Comprehensive Health Coverage: Including medical, dental, and vision.* Financial Security: With a 401K plan and AD&D insurance.* Work-Life Balance: Enjoy paid care leave and generous paid time off.DPR Construction is a forward-thinking, self-performing general contractor specializing in technically complex and sustainable projects for the advanced technology, life sciences, healthcare, higher education and commercial markets.
