Job Description
We have a great opportunity for a Material Handler with a local manufacturing company.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- No previous experience required – entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to read and understand work orders, pick lists, and product labels.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately count materials.
- Ability to safely lift, carry, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Load, unload, and move materials by hand, pallet jack, carts, or pallets while following all safety procedures.
- Accurately count and record inventory to ensure proper inventory transactions.
- Pick and pull customer orders using printed pick lists (no forklift required).
- Verify materials match the associated documentation before moving or shipping.
- Label, band, wrap, tape, pack, and prepare products for safe shipment.
- Use a camera to document inbound and outbound shipments and report any quality concerns.
- Open and close crates and complete basic assembly tasks using hand tools.
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and proper product storage.
- Follow all company safety policies and assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.
HOURS:
- Monday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
