Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Material Handler / Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse and distribution operations in Raritan, NJ.
In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, picking, packing, staging, and shipping materials while ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with established procedures. The ideal candidate has previous warehouse or distribution experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to work in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Pick, pack, and prepare customer and manufacturing orders according to established procedures.
Receive incoming shipments, unload trucks, inspect materials, and verify quantities against shipping documents.
Load outgoing freight and ensure shipments match Bills of Lading and shipping manifests.
Stage and deliver materials and components to manufacturing departments.
Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, when trained and authorized.
Enter receiving and inventory information into warehouse computer systems.
Re-palletize, organize, and store materials according to departmental procedures.
Handle returned goods and materials designated for disposal in accordance with established safety and regulatory requirements.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while following cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Support shipping, receiving, and warehousing operations as needed.
1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, shipping/receiving, or material handling environment.
Basic computer skills and ability to enter and retrieve information.
Basic math skills for counting, verifying, and tracking inventory.
Ability to follow written instructions, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work across shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.
Willingness and ability to work in cold environments as low as -20°C (-4°F) with appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
High school diploma or GED.
Experience with SAP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment.
Previous experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or consumer products manufacturing.
Familiarity with cGMP procedures or regulated warehouse environments.
Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 60 pounds.
Ability to stand, bend, lift, grasp, and perform repetitive material handling tasks.
Comfortable working in refrigerated or freezer environments with appropriate PPE.
Potential exposure to biological or other hazardous materials under established safety procedures.
Flexibility to work overtime when required.
