Job Description
Material Handler / Machine Operator $17 – 2 WEEK PROKECT
- Obtains production orders (Recipes) which have ingredients necessary for paint manufacturing.
- Weighs all the different ingredients ensuring each is correct per the production order.
- Puts each of the materials (resin, calcium, titanium, and pigment) in bags weighing up to 75 lbs.
- Places filled bags onto pallets.
- This position requires the flexibility to work 40+ hours per week, overtime if needed and weekends as required.
- Immediately communicate unsafe conditions, acts or injuries to Manufacturing Supervisor
- Meet PPG quality specifications for all products produced.
- Maintain ability to operate various production lines and processes effectively.
- Maintain facility housekeeping.
- Understand and practice PPG VALUES.
- Meet or exceed standard production efficiencies on all production lines.
- Meet plant compliance metrics.
- No cell phone use is permitted during work.
- Candidate must be flexible to work in other department with training provided.
- Follow Covid-19 company guidelines.
