Schedule: 5 8s plus OT as needed

SCOPE OF WORK

• Receiving, verifying, and counting stock items and keeping record of the corresponding data.
• Verifying inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts.
• Investigating inventory discrepancies and reconciling errors.
• Packing and unpacking items for storage or shipping.
• Marking stock items with identification labels.
• Cleaning and maintaining supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas.
• Determining proper storage methods based on stock and environmental factors.
• Storing stock items in an organized, safe, and accessible manner.
• Inspecting stock items for damage or defects and reporting issues.
• Maintaining documented records of stock usage and damage.
• Developing proficiency with internal software systems for material requisitions and transfer.
• Demonstrating understanding of electrical industry materials and procedures.
• Assisting with training and mentoring less experienced staff.
• Completing all tasks within scheduled deadlines and maintaining high productivity.
• Utilizing advanced reporting functions in Microsoft Excel.
• Communicating professionally at all levels via MS Outlook.
• Providing assistance to project team members as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 3 years of experience required.
• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide).
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet, including climbing ladders and scaffolds.
• Must be able to walk, climb, lift, squat, crawl, kneel, push, pull, and reach overhead routinely.
• Good vision (may be corrected), color vision, and good communication skills in English.
• Adequate strength and stamina to operate equipment and perform manual tasks.
• Ability to relocate a 12-foot stepladder without assistance.
