Core Responsibilities:
To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. May perform other duties as required.
Interpret production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping documents, and requisitions to determine material movement and distribution needs.
Move, transport, and deliver materials and products from receiving or production areas to storage locations or designated work areas.
Sort and store materials on racks, shelves, or bins according to established sequences such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
Pick, assemble, and distribute materials to support production orders and internal requests.
Assemble customer orders from inventory, palletize shipments, and prepare products for distribution.
Label and mark materials with appropriate identifying information.
Open and handle bales, crates, cartons, and other containers safely.
Accurately record quantities of materials received, stored, or distributed.
Weigh or count items to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
Enter inventory and transaction data into computer systems.
Operate manual and powered material-handling equipment to transport and store inventory.
Load and unload palletized and non-palletized products from trailers.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
1+ years of Material Handler experience or related experience
Forklift experience
Communication and interpersonal skills
Basic math skills
Ability to use personal computers and software in a variety of functions including: keyboarding, word processing, spreadsheets, and e-mail
Ability to lift 50 lbs.

The estimated pay range for this position is $18/hr. - $20/hr. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience, and work location.
