About the Opportunity
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Material Handlers for a metal fabrication company in Rogers, MN. In this role, you’ll support production by handling materials safely and helping maintain accurate inventory in a clean, team-oriented environment. What You’ll Do as a Material Handler:- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials
- Move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Organize, label, and store materials to prevent damage
- Maintain inventory records and perform cycle counts
- Pick and prepare materials for production or shipment
- Pack and label products accurately for shipping
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams to fulfill orders on time
What You Need to Bring to the Material Handler Role:- 1+ years of material handling experience
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Forklift experience required
- Ability to stand, move, and lift throughout a full shift
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Reliable transportation to Rogers, MN
