Are you ready to take on a dynamic role in a vibrant manufacturing environment? We are seeking a dedicated individual to support our operations in St. Petersburg, FL. This is an onsite position with a duration of 1-3 months, with the possibility of extension. The role involves a 2-2-3 rotating shift schedule from 7 AM to 7 PM, and candidates must be flexible to work any day of the week.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and issue raw materials to Production Work Orders, ensuring accurate documentation and recording of material movements.
• Review Work Order schedules and prepare Work Order Parts lists for staging.
• Communicate effectively with Production Supervision regarding raw material requirements.
• Manage the return of un-dispensed raw materials and coordinate waste material disposal.
• Locate and stage materials for Quality Control inspections.
• Perform physical inventory counts as needed.
• Load and unload off-hour deliveries.
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations and company security policies.
• Handle non-hazardous, hazardous, and DEA waste in compliance with training.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Extreme attention to detail and highly organized.
• Three (3) years of forklift experience in a materials management or production planning environment.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and intermediate computer skills, including Windows navigation and data entry.
• Capability to obtain a Catalent Forklift certification for various types of power equipment.

Preferences

• Previous manufacturing experience.
• Experience working in a GMP regulated industry.
