Material Handler / Warehouse Associate 2nd Shift
Location:San Diego, CA
Pay:$20.90 $22.00/hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM 11:30 PM
Duration:1-Year Contract
We are hiring a Material Handler / Warehouse Associate to support warehouse and manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for candidates with warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or forklift experience.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, move, and store materials throughout the facility
- Receive, ship, and accurately process inventory transactions
- Perform inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy
- Pick and stage materials for production work orders
- Transport materials between warehouse and production areas
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Follow GMP guidelines, safety procedures, and company policies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work effectively as part of a team
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills for inventory transactions preferred
- Able to lift, move, and transport materials throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing/warehouse environment, including cold storage areas when needed
