Material Handler

Summary:

• Location: Within a 50-mile radius of Dallas, TX

Responsibilities:

• Pack orders in Parcel, Pack Center, and Flex Center Pack out Stations using the Flagship system.
• Utilize packing slips to generate and print move tickets, breakdown material, sort styles, verify count, and restock appropriate warehouse locations using RF scanners.
• Verify styles and quantities of materials picked and visually inspect products.
• Scan and place products in shipping cartons, placing packing material to minimize product damage during shipping.
• Place packing lists, content labels, and shipping labels as needed.
• Resolve discrepancies and research all possible solutions to ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain quality workmanship, observe safety procedures, report unsafe acts, and perform work of equal or lower classification if necessary.
• Continuously stand, bend, reach, lift, push, and pull.

Requirements:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Dallas, TX will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Preferred Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• One year of experience in a warehouse/distribution center environment.
• Valid Driver License is required.
• Minimum 6 months experience with Forklift/Cherry picker/Reach Truck.
• Ability to work specific hours and flexibility to work overtime based on customer demand.
• Previous forklift and/or order picker operation experience.
