Position Summary
RHC Material Handlers are responsible for ensuring that our product is moved within our warehouse in a safe and efficient manner, complying with all Human & Food Safety requirements. They are also responsible for accurate inventory being maintained, and good housekeeping and warehouse standards are upheld.
Supervisor Responsibilities:
  • None
Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Understanding the company Food Safety & Quality Program and associated responsibilities within the program.         
  • Cross-train to be allow to assist other co-workers roles as needed within the department.
  • Assist other Shipping/Receiving co-workers with pulling and staging Sales Orders as needed                                          
  • Work safely & efficiently in accordance company defined policies, standard work or standard operating procedures.
  • Forklift safety knowledge and completed forklift safety training
  • Knowledge of RHC inventory, warehouse layouts, item storage location.
  • Knowledge of scanning system software/hardware
  • Work with the S&R Clerk and S&R Team Lead to understand daily/weekly shipping schedule to manage an efficient system of staging shipments by Sales Order with the goal in mind to ship everything on-time as scheduled.
  • Work with Line Supply to assist in pulling daily production materials as needed
  • Bring to the attention of the Inventory Clerk or S&R Team Lead any material quantity issues that exist or may arise in the foreseeable future that will cause missed / shorted shipments
  • Set an example by treating all employees with dignity and respect, maintaining a high level of professional communication
  • Assist with unloading incoming and outbound trucks

  • High school Diploma or GED equivalent 
  • Forklift Certification
