We are seeking experienced Material Handlers / Stand-Up Reach Operators for a company located in Romeoville, IL.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for reliable, safety-conscious candidates with experience operating a Stand-Up Reach forklift. Top performers may have the opportunity to transition to a permanent position.
Shift: 3rd Shift – 10:00 PM–6:00 AM, Monday–Friday Weekend Rotation: Saturday or Sunday, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Operate a Stand-Up Reach, sit-down, or clamp forklift safely and efficiently.
Pick and put away products and materials.
Load and unload pallets.
Prepare pallets for shipment.
Operate machines used to strap and wrap pallets.
Follow work instructions, SOPs, and safety procedures.
Safely and carefully handle products and materials.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Perform general housekeeping and stow maintenance using the "clean as you go" approach.
Follow all company safety rules and procedures.
Perform other warehouse and material-handling duties as assigned.
