Overtime: Hours over 40 paid at Time and a Half
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stock Picker/Packer to join a fast-paced warehouse team environment. This role involves shipping, receiving, inventory handling, order processing, and warehouse operations support.
Top RequirementsAbility to work 40+ hours weekly, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
Basic computer skills with RF Scanner/Gun experience required
SAP system experience is a plus
Comfortable working in a warehouse and team-oriented environment
Receive and accurately store incoming materials in the warehouse
Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment
Process shipping and inventory transactions using SAP
Operate RF scanners and freight systems
Maintain accurate inventory and material handling processes
Ensure orders are packaged according to shipping standards
Support daily distribution and warehouse activities
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Follow Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), and regulatory requirements
1 3 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with dependable attendance
Flexible to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when required
