Material Handler
Job Location: Stockton, California
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Pay Rate: $17-$18/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 9pm-6pm (overtime: 1-2 hours daily as needed)
Description of Position:
Do you have experience as a Material Handler? We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our overnight production team. This is an entry-level opportunity with room for growth for someone who is eager to learn a new trade and build a long-term career.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with the glass fabrication process, including polishing, seaming, handling, and staging materials
- Safely move and transport glass panels throughout the production area
- Work closely with the shift supervisor and team to meet production goals
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- Learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as training progresses

Experience Required:
- Previous general labor or material handling experience preferred
- Glass handling experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. frequently and up to 75 lbs. occasionally (team lifts required for heavier materials)
- Ability to read a tape measure (test will be given during the interview)
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Steel-toed boots required
