Summary:
  • Provide shipping, receiving, storage, and order fulfillment services for finished goods, inventory, materials, supplies, parts, and equipment at assigned facility locations.
  • The role supports accurate, timely distribution operations while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
  • Pick, pack, sort, arrange, count, store, and process items for storage and shipment according to procedures and customer requirements
  • Ensure high quality and accuracy so customers receive correct products on time
  • Receive materials and finished goods daily and verify quantity, quality, and documentation (e.g., packing lists)
  • Work in warehouse environments with varying temperatures (room temperature, cold room, and freezer room)
  • Safely operate distribution and warehouse equipment
  • Complete required company training and comply with ISO standards, quality policies, and document control procedures
  • Communicate effectively with internal personnel and provide good customer service
  • Maintain accuracy to prevent schedule delays
  • Demonstrate punctuality and strong attendance
  • Follow instructions for routine work and adapt to new assignments as trained
Required Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0 2 years of related work experience
  • Ability to follow policies, procedures, and instructions independently
  • Basic computer skills (ERP systems, Outlook, shipping software)
  • Ability to operate powered industrial trucks and work at various heights
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work on a schedule and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to work in temperature-controlled environments
