Job Title: Material Handler
Location: 26531 Ynez Road, Temecula, CA 92591 (Onsite)
Shift: 5:00 AM or 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM or 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $23.72/hr
Job Summary
The Material Handler is responsible for ensuring all inventory is maintained accurately and delivered to required areas in a timely manner, supporting warehouse and production operations in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Put materials away in warehouse stock using specific part number, lot number, quantity, and location for all material.
Transport production and non-production materials using carts, forklift, pallet jack, or truck to designated locations.
Participate in and complete weekly cycle count activities.
Perform system transactions to accurately identify material status.
Visually inspect all incoming packages for damage; verify identity and quantities against packing slips, invoices, and freight bills.
Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
Exercise judgment, initiative, and creativity in troubleshooting assignments.
Support all company initiatives tied to Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements.
Comply with FDA regulations, company policies, operating procedures, and task assignments.
Maintain positive, cooperative communication with employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent, plus 3 5 years of related work experience (or equivalent combination).
SAP inventory system experience preferred, not required.
Forklift license may be required for certain warehouse duties.
Must be comfortable working within a regulated quality system environment (FDA compliance).
