Reach Beyond at PALFINGER as a Material Handler and play a vital role in supporting efficient warehouse operations through the accurate receipt, storage, movement, and shipment of materials. In this hands-on role, you will help maintain inventory accuracy, ensure product quality, and support timely production and customer deliveries. You will operate material handling equipment, coordinate material flow, and contribute to a safe and organized warehouse environment. This position will be based in Trenton, NJ.

Your Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, stage, load, and unload materials.
• Prepare and stage materials for production, customer orders, and outbound shipments.
• Receive incoming materials, verify quantities, inspect for damage, and ensure product quality standards are met.
• Inspect freight upon arrival, document discrepancies, and initiate freight claims when necessary.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and inventory transactions while supporting inventory control activities.

Your Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment preferred.
• 2+ years of experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment; certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills with the ability to use inventory systems and perform data entry.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand or walk for extended periods, and work effectively in a team environment.
